I've been using this app for a little over a month now, and I have absolutely loved this FREE app. I'm just barely overweight, but consistent exercise always left me feeling extremely sore and had me going long stretches between exercise sessions. Being a busy mom, and working, I also never felt like I had the time for it. This app has shorter sessions, that's still make me feel good afterwards and it's very doable. I'm starting to see the difference and I'm feeling a lot stronger now. Love it!

Great app especially for FREE. The music is relaxing. I only wish I could play my own during the workout I love the countdown and halfway point features so I don't have to jump back and forth to my phone timer. Most exercise apps don't give you a rest between each exercise. But this one also has the option to skip it each time. I also love that it is a quick wrap-up when done, no having to check off each exercise individually at any time.

I downloaded this app because several reviews said it was great and free. It's not free at all, it's a free trial and then $80/yr. Beyond that, the sessions in the "custom" plan are all less than 10 minutes long and they're really only stretches, but with no warm up or anything first to prep your muscles for the stretch. Horrible program. Not worth it. And they've charged me for TWO separate subscriptions. Same subscriptions, but shown to start on two different dates. For the same app. SCAM!!
