I'm so glad I gave this app a try. I like the varied fasts along with a custom option as you can fast then eat when you want. I'm using this option for going over the 20hr mark. I especially love the water widget, and you can set reminder, helpful as I do struggle to get enough water down my gullet. I would like to see on this app, maybe in a future upload is to put body measurements on the app. Even if it was just a waist measurement as the scale is not always reliable.

It's cool that it has all the tracking features you could ask for that updates as you update your weight, but the options for food are very low. Even searching is difficult, and I can't seem to find anything without scanning which is great unless you don't have something to scan. When creating food, you cannot see the macros available which is somthing I also want to track. App is extremely difficult to navigate, too. I've had it a couple of days but can't see myself keeping it long.

I love this app. the time it tracks and the detail of what you're feeling through the process is extremely encouraging. I will say the search tan for food is a bit too vast and doesn't narrow down very well, but the bar code scanner is pretty on point. Wish I knew it was just a free trial though and then it blocks you 😕
