With this latest update (Hogwarts Pride) when I go to claim the Chocolate Frogs I get thrown out of the game and am unable to progress any further in the game. I have done all the recommended "fixes" emptying the cache, reload the game, ect and nothing works. They "fixed" it for me, but the next time I got Frogs the exact same thing happened. I love love love game. Please fix this bug. I can't even get to the support page the way it is now.

Ok the system is down again. 3-13-25 middle of a timed event and I'm in the middle of a task that is going to run out of time. UGH. I'm really addicted to the game right now. Love all the events. There is something seriously wrong with your game right now. It won't let me in so I'm missing all the active games. Very frustrated it won't load.

I have been playing beyond Hogwarts since August 2023.However Game play is very poor and clueless. The Chapters in beyond also is highly underdeveloped over the last year. At Hogwarts, things were more dynamic, having variety and lots to do over the 7 years of study like classes, adventures, friendships and achievements likewise. Beyond is go looking pathetic and going nowhere Having a chapter upgrade a month and on. Better for the developers to end the full story in case they are stuck .Thanks
