Paid for premium version but didn't activate premium features for a few days. Contacted customer support, but they weren't helpful. But a couple of days later, it started working. This app is good but needs better slideshow transitions, such as the Ken Burns effect. The transitions it has are very choppy.

Dear User, Thanks for upgrading the premium version and we apologise for inconvenience caused to you. Kindly contact our support to help resolve your issue. Restore purchase often works pretty well but in your case needs more info because it seems the email used to purchase is not the same email you are using to restore purchase.

Rip-off 1) The Premium Features do not extend from smart phones to TV consoles with the same app. Apparently need to pay again from the TV console. 2) After paying the premium, PixGallery could not read all the albums in Google Photos. 3) And yes. I use the same google username for all the ANDROID app. It does not go across.

Dear User, The premium version works across multiple android devices. Kindly sign in to Android TV app using the same Google account you used on mobile device and on premium screen just restore your purchase. That's it. For any further assistance or issue contact our support.

Ok, what is fair is fair, it's working now on the premium version, is not really smooth, but it's ok, interesting functions like "explore" , but only 4 stars because not zoom function, wich it would be very usefull for me, and i've seen it in orhers apps, like photo guru...
