I have ordered wrong phone by mistake. I didn't notice that little Pro is missing in phone description. I notified them 4hours later when I realised what happened. They said we need 24 hours to look into the problem. It was a Saturday morning. On Monday item has been sent to me regardless wasting their money and mine. What if stuff get damaged in transit? No more shopping here. Apparently this is only marketplace. Not an online shop so be careful. Returns on you even if goods arrive damaged.

Thank you for the review! We must say that any order can be cancelled within 2 hours after payment. After that, the seller starts preparing the item for dispatch, and there is no longer any guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order if you change your mind or make a mistake. We're truly sorry that things turned out this way in your case.

I have been shopping from joom for many years I can't believe how they changed the app. It used to be that they would show you things you were I terested in, now they show me irrelevant overpriced items. What is going on? If you don't fix this I will delete the app and shop from Shein. I am very disappointed. For anyone reading this . It's not a good app to shop from.

Don't use this. I ordered something in the middle of November that said it would arrive on December 2nd, based on the tracking the item isn't even in this country yet, they're just passing it around China. expected delivery date is now 23rd February. absolutely joke. never using this again.
