For a long time I loved Play Books for my audiobooks and it was never a problem for me to keep an audiobook playing throughout the night. But lately it will just randomly stop in the night and I don't know why. I don't set a sleep timer so it has no reason to turn off. I like having it running because it makes it easier to fall back asleep after nightmares. But it's frustrating that this keeps happening. My bf as an iPhone and doesn't have this problem.

After the recent update, the option to permanently delete uploaded epub files is gone. To delete an uploaded book, I need to go to the website using a browser and from there I can delete the book. This is such a basic option to have, and it was working perfectly fine, but now I have to deal with this whole inconvenience. Also books that are 'hidden' can nowhere be found. There's supposed to be a 'hidden' shelf, but there's nothing even on a browser. Such a mess!!

No return policy, you buy a book or audiobook, then you are stuck with it. I flipped through one and then listened to the first chapter of the other and wanted to return both items after not wanting them for different reasons. I realized I already owned the book in another app, that actually cost me a ton more through Google play, and the audiobook's narrator was awful. Yet even after appealing the decision twice, I was told they couldn't refund me. I AM A DIAMOND MEMBER! Never again using this!
