When I reach the last stage of renewal process of Emirates id, im not able to choose anything in "delivery to residence area" because there are no options displayed. And it is mandatory to choose an option. Could you please resolve this bug, so that we can complete the Emirates ID renewal process, thank you :)

One of the worst apps. Takes very long time to open. When i want to upload a document and leave the app to check it closes and i have to go through the whole process all over again. Extremely slow and unreliable.

Most frustrating experience ever. Trying to renew Emirates ID. Upon photo download there is error. Made more than 10 versions, all rejected. Visited two times ICP offline centers. (They call them happiness centers, but for me they are far from happiness). No help. It's impossible to report issue inside app (there notification saying temporary error). 325 AED paid, and it's impossible to revert translation or complete it.
